Shipping Cost

• Free shipping is available for orders above AED 500.
• Orders below AED 500 may include a delivery charge, which will be shown at checkout before completing the purchase.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GST – Dubai time) are processed on the same day.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Delivery across the UAE typically takes 0–1 business days after dispatch.

• Dubai: Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 6:00 PM.
• Other Emirates: Delivery is usually completed within 1 business day.

Working Days

Orders are processed and delivered Monday to Saturday.

Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
