Returns & Refund Policy
We want customers to shop with confidence at MacMan.
Return Period
Items may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, unless otherwise stated.
Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only if:
- The item is unused
- The product remains in original sealed packaging
- The packaging has not been opened (for brand-new items)
- All accessories, manuals, and original contents are included
- The customer returns all items received in the order delivery
Customers are responsible for properly packing the item before handing it over to the courier to avoid damage during return transit.
Return Delivery Cost
A return delivery fee of AED 25 will be charged to the customer.
MacMan will arrange the courier pickup, and the customer must hand over the securely packed item to the courier.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned or refunded, including but not limited to:
- CDs, DVDs, or software with opened packaging
- Gift cards or digital vouchers
- Scratch cards or prepaid recharge cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Items with disposable or consumable nature
- Products that have been used or damaged due to customer misuse
- Products missing original packaging or accessories
Used Products Warranty
MacMan also sells used or open-box devices.
These products come with a 3-day checking warranty from the delivery date.
Customers must test the device within this period.
After 3 days, returns or refunds will not be accepted for used products.
Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
If the order was paid using Cash on Delivery, the refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank account.
